Responsible Gambling
Gambling should stay a form of entertainment, never a way to solve money problems. Here is what we do to help you keep it that way, and where to turn if you need support.
Our Commitment
MegaPari builds player-protection tools into the account experience, trains support staff to recognise signs of harm, and works within the standards of our Anjouan licence to promote fair, transparent and responsible play. Protecting players is part of how we operate day to day.
Recognizing the Signs of Problem Gambling
Gambling can become harmful gradually. Consider taking a break, or using one of the tools below, if any of the following sound familiar:
- Spending more time or money on betting than you intended to
- Chasing losses by increasing your stakes to try to win back money
- Borrowing money, selling belongings or missing bills to keep playing
- Feeling anxious, irritable or unable to stop thinking about gambling
- Hiding how much you play or how much you have lost from family or friends
Deposit Limits, Time-Outs and Self-Exclusion
You can set a deposit limit, a loss limit or a session time reminder on your account at any time, and lower an existing limit immediately. Increases only take effect after a short cooling-off period, so a difficult moment can't undo a limit you set for good reason.
If you need a longer break, a time-out pauses your account for a fixed period, while self-exclusion closes it for a minimum of six months and removes you from marketing communications. Both options can be requested at any time and remain in place for the full period selected.
Age Verification
MegaPari is for adults only. Registration is restricted to players aged 18 or over, and we verify age and identity documents before releasing withdrawals. If we identify or are notified of an underage account, it is closed immediately and any deposits are returned in line with our licence's requirements.
Support Resources
Independent, confidential support is available around the world through national gambling-helpline services and advice charities similar to GambleAware, most of which offer free phone lines, live chat and self-assessment tools. A quick search for "gambling helpline" plus your country will point you to the service covering your region, and many also offer free software that blocks gambling sites across your devices.
