1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing our platform or placing a bet or wager with MegaPari, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with any policies referenced within them.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register for an account or use any service offered on this site. Continued use of your account after a terms update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility and Jurisdiction

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your country of residence if higher, to register an account or use our services. We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time and to suspend an account until verification is complete.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online betting and gaming are legal in your jurisdiction before registering. We do not knowingly offer services to residents of territories where online gambling is prohibited, and accounts found to originate from a restricted territory may be closed and funds handled in line with applicable regulation.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one account. The information you provide during registration must be accurate, current and complete, and you must update it promptly if it changes. Duplicate or fraudulently registered accounts may be closed and any related winnings forfeited.

You are responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits are credited to your account balance once payment is confirmed by our provider. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name, and may be subject to identity verification (KYC) before funds are released, in line with anti-money-laundering obligations.

Processing times vary by payment method and are outlined on our payments page. We reserve the right to reverse a transaction, request additional verification, or delay a withdrawal where we suspect fraud, a breach of these terms, or a payment dispute.

Welcome offers, free spins and other promotions are governed by their own wagering requirements, minimum deposit rules, eligible games and expiry dates, in addition to these general terms. 7. Prohibited Use and Fraud Prevention

We actively monitor for suspicious patterns and reserve the right to void bets, freeze an account or withhold winnings connected with any prohibited activity, pending investigation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from connectivity interruptions, third-party payment failures, delays outside our reasonable control, or your own decision to wager funds you could not afford to lose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing Law and Licence

MegaPari is operated by Pomadorro N.V. and licensed by the jurisdiction of Anjouan. These terms, and any dispute arising from your use of the site, are governed by the laws under which that licence is issued. Players must be 18 or over to hold an account.
